The RSR Field Support team is seeking five dedicated Project/Program Managers to spearhead Operations Readiness Testing and Sorter Testing at newly launching sites for the Sub Same Day (SSD) Rural Super Rural (RSR) business lines. As a Project/Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth launch of these sites by overseeing testing processes and leading a team of 6-10 Operations Managers.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site testing activities and provide leadership to Operations Managers to ensure the successful completion of testing modules and processes.
• Travel to sites 2x per month initially, with potential for increased frequency (up to 3x per month) to support launches in Q4.
• Report to a designated team lead and adhere to established testing protocols and checklists.
• Provide timely escalation of issues to the Team Lead for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing process.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in operations readiness or testing environments.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally to the PA site as required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
