Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a Project Manager to support our healthcare services client on a 4-month remote engagement beginning in January. As a key member of our client's People & Organization (P& O) team, the Project Manager will plan and manage projects across the P& O function. Projects will primarily be in and around the following areas:Total rewards, recruiting, human resources, learning & development, talent and culture, and will help as the team creates processes for:- Creating a talent pipeline- Development/reviews annual- Updating the merit & bonus process- Reviewing Software – ie cornerstoneUtilizing industry standard project management methodologies, this role is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing project plans consistent with project objectives, change management practices, and stakeholder management needs. The P& O Project Manager will monitor project status, risks, issues, and decisions, and track in required support tools, escalating as necessary. You will also be responsible for project support by working on necessary tasks to keep the project moving forward, as well as process improvement support to other team members within the function. Collaboration with the project team, as well as internal and external stakeholders to manage project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines will also be critical.
