Robert Half is looking for a contract Process Improvement Analyst for an onsite assignment with a client in the Waukesha surrounding area. This individual will be key in improving business processes and documenting best practices related to electronic health record (medical record), hybrid records, and other systems. Organization and prioritization skills are a must and we have had some luck in the past with utilizing strong administrative candidates that have some past project experience.1. Interact with staff to gain understanding of current business process.2. Analyze and document complex business processes3. Develop process maps and maintain existing process maps.4. Develops policies and procedures to address County/Division/Unit processes and/or concerns.5. Coordinates and monitors the efforts of department staff in the formulation and development of long-range plans, goals and priorities to insure consistency with Unit and County policies.6. Develops, coordinates and may present training to assist all levels of staff to perform their duties more effectively and efficiently.7. Assist with validation of new processes8. Develop needed documentation and information to gain agreement from business managers on new processes 9. Present and facilitate effective meetings10. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff, vendors, governmental agencies, community organizations, and the public.11. Providing status reports on projects and deliverables12. Performs duties with minimal supervision
