Robert Half is seeking an Advertising Assistant for our client in the real estate industry. This Advertising Assistant role is part-time, 20 hours a week, fully remote. This Advertising Assistant will be responsible for: • Collecting ad materials from advertisers and review them for specifications.• Collaborate with advertisers for any necessary revisions to ad materials.• Upload new website ads into Google Ad Manager and monitor website traffic to ensure deliverability.• Clone email newsletters and dedicated e-blasts for deployment.• Upload new banner, text, and blast materials for emails.• Track metrics and prepare reports on ad performance for clients.• Ad data metrics are sourced from Google Ad Manager for website ads and from Pardot for email ads.• The number of clients this role will interface with may vary based on project load.
