Based in the Leawood, Kansas area, this permanent position is a great opportunity. Candidate must exhibit strong communication skills and be able to work with both the internal team and external customers.What you get to do every single day- Enter data into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Maintain payroll operations by training/instructing employees in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals- Produce and run custom reports- Maintain office efficiency by fulfilling clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.- Retrieve reports as instructed by administering and/or distributing- Complete other duties as assigned
