Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to our growing team. As a member of our team, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently calculating sales commissions and additional payroll responsibilities within the organization. We are seeking a talented individual with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Work closely with Payroll Manager to support the payroll processing cycle.
- Assist in calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonus and commission.
- Excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Data entry
- Ad Hoc reporting
- Verify and track timekeeping data.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Payroll and/or HR experience is preferred.
- Commission calculating experience is preferred.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Work at a fast-pace with sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
