Robert Half is partnering with one of our premier clients in the San Francisco area on a remote payroll position - contract for 6 months. In this role, you will be supporting payroll processing efforts, equity pay disbursements, payroll reconciliations, and more. What you get to do every single day-Coordinate with teams inside and outside the company to manage equity compensation plans.-Handle tasks like granting equity, processing option exercises, and releasing RSUs.-Update employee information as needed.-Answer employee questions about equity via email.-Help with the monthly process of releasing RSUs.-Assist with month-end tasks related to payroll.-Support company-wide communication and training on equity matters.-Keep the equity wiki page up to date.-Ensure compliance with SOX regulations, including payroll compliance.-Aid in quarterly testing and audits by internal and external teams.
