This role is focused on managing the end-to-end payroll processing for our team. The role demands a high level of accuracy in data entry, timecard validations, and payroll audits, along with the ability to develop and implement payroll processes, policies, and procedures. This job is offering an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:• Handle end-to-end payroll processing including data entries and timecard validations.• Conduct thorough audits of payroll transactions and registers to ensure accuracy before finalization.• Oversee processing of off-cycle payrolls and ensure timely completion.• Perform and review monthly payroll close duties, including preparation of accruals and journal entries, as well as reconciliations.• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and liaise with ADP for resolution.• Develop and implement payroll processes, policies, and procedures to enhance internal controls.• Ensure compliance with payroll reporting requirements, including timely distribution of W2 forms.• Collaborate with HR to onboard new employees and maintain data integrity in the payroll system.• Administer and maintain employee access in the ADP system.• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll processes.• Maintain knowledge base for multi-state payroll processing.• Provide support to the finance team in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including data entry, invoicing and cash collection.• Seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
