The position holds a key role in providing excellent service to patients and maintaining smooth operations within the clinic.Responsibilities:• Promptly answering telephones and providing information on available services, schedules, and other clinic-related details.• Professionally greeting and interacting with patients, their families, students, and employees.• Distributing introductory information or forms to clients via mail or email before their appointments when necessary.• Scheduling appointments as directed and coordinating patient care by assigning patients to appropriate clinical educators and students.• Requesting necessary documentation from referral sources such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, physician offices, schools, or private practices.• Inputting client data into the electronic health record (NextGen) system accurately and timely.• Creating electronic health records for new patients.• Utilizing CRM, EHR SYSTEM, McKesson, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites to perform various tasks related to Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Claim Administration, and Complaint Handling.• Checking patients and answering inbound calls as part of the role.
