This role revolves around managing office supplies, handling reception duties, monitoring our inbox, coordinating and scheduling tours, assisting with the application process, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and teachers. Responsibilities: • Conduct accurate counts, ordering, and maintenance of office supplies • Handle reception duties, including answering and directing phone calls • Monitor the office inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner • Coordinate and schedule parent tours • Assist parents with the application process • Inform teachers of new students before they arrive • Follow up with parents and teachers as necessary • Be available for parent-teacher connections on the first day • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence • Exercise strong interpersonal skills in all interactions • Keep files organized and schedule appointments as required.
