The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a dental company in the Indianapolis area to find a Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic with a self-starter approach to work. This candidate would also need to have strong communication skills and attention to detail.This is a contract to hire position. The schedule for the position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am-5pm.Responsibilities for the position include the following:Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients and visitors.Ensure patients are checked-in and out effectively.Verify patients' insurance coverage and collect copays.Schedule appointments for patients.Retrieve and prepare patient records.Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.Communicate effectively with providers and other healthcare staff.Protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
