We are searching for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in processing invoices, managing expense reports, and handling accounting inquiries. This position involves working out of the office during regular business hours from Monday through Friday.The Accounts Payable Specialist is primarily responsible for processing invoices, handling accounting inquiries, managing expense reports, and aggregating company KPI data for high-level dashboards. This role works out of the office. This role works regular business hours, Monday through Friday and may also be required to work additional hours based on company need.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:● Process invoices by receiving and scanning them into the system, and coding them to appropriate GL account codes, job codes, and categories.● Respond to requests for clarification from the accounting group, and assist in monthly closings.● Assist vendors with inquiries and account status.● Process expense reports from employees, identify any discrepancies and escalate as necessary.● Aggregate and enter company KPI data on a weekly or daily basis to drive CEO- and Board-level dashboard
