The primary responsibility of the Operations Processor is to book loans into the banking platform system and process all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. Furthermore, you will work with lending and commercial/consumer loans operations. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.What you get to do every single day- Addresses payments, advances and payoffs- Oversee email, voice mail and other communication and respond as and when required- Categorizes department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports- Establishes and returns verification of mortgage requests- Audits reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments- Constructs payoff letters and department invoices- Operate payment corrections and modify billing statements- Attains outgoing wires and cashier's checks- Become proficient in various loan programs and corresponding computer system codes- Looks after status and information within processing software system- Confirms information remains accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents- Streamlines codes, status dates and loan information for reporting as may be required- Affirms new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database- Safeguards homeowner confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential
