If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong multitasking abilities, and have a knack for remaining calm under pressure, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the daily workflow of the membership and accounts receivable department, overseeing a team of three employees.Ensure members receive excellent service and are comfortable when interacting with staff.Handle inquiries and issues related to fee structures and accounts receivable, resolving any discrepancies or concerns promptly.Directly interact with accounting systems, including supervising accounts receivable processes.Utilize combined membership and accounting software, getting involved in accounting tasks as needed, such as processing applications or addressing member questions on fees.Manage processes surrounding membership dues, including prorating and generating necessary documents throughout the year.Utilize proprietary CRM and accounting software effectively.Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and 365 Online.
