Robert Half's client is looking for a Medical Secretary for both their Southborough and Framingham locations. The Medical Secretary would be expected to perform the following duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Checking patients in and out
- Determining insurance eligibility
- Handling of medical records
- Use of internal EPIC software
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
* EPIC experience is strongly preferred for this position.
* Please note that COVID and flu vaccine would be required for this position
WHEN: ASAP
WHERE: 1 position in Framingham, 1 position in Southborough
HOURS: Framingham - 8:30-5:00 / Southborough - 8:00-4:30
DURATION: temporary contract, at least a month (potential to extend)
PAY: $19-20 (based on candidate experience)
