A Medical Center in Los Angeles is in the immediate need of a Human Resources Recruiter. The Human Resources Recruiter must have at least 2 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The Human Resources Recruiter will be task with executing a corporate recruitment plan as well as identifying top talent. Duties: · Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. · Supports, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. · Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. · Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization. · Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-permanent and source of permanent. · Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. · Screens applications and selects experience in candidates. · Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. · Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details. · Serves as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. · Assist with general HR duties, including but not limited to onboarding, tracking of performance management, conducting exit interviews, assisting with benefits administration, electronically filing of Personnel Action Notices, assisting with inquiries and verifications by telephone and/or in writing for employees and from outside vendors. · Practices confidentiality in all employees, clients, and management-related matters.
