Manage Customer Sales Orders and Fulfillment· Customer Service o Monitor company email for new Purchase Orders (POs) § Send PO confirmations and/or follow other procedures as required by customer PO § Stay updated on available inventory of finished goods to be able to convey realistic lead times for inquiring customers o Answer the phone and take down information needed for order fulfillment o Triage or answer customer questions, redirecting as needed o Utilize Fishbowl software to generate new sales orders, accurately entering in required information per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). o Track backorders and anticipated ship dates for items being manufactured o Generate materials requests for shipping products to sales personnel· Order fulfillment o Request shipments of products according to established procedures, from warehouses located throughout the united states and internationally o Follow SOP to ensure appropriate levels of quality control are maintained when fulfilling orders.· Shipping o Pack and ship products to domestic hospitals and international locations, following instructions to ensure correct delivery. § Understand importing and exporting, such as familiarity with incoterms. Following instructions for shipping to existing international customers and understanding the landscape sufficiently to handle shipping to new countries without causing undue delay. o Manage shipments via other domestic warehouses. Know which procedure to follow depending on product or warehouse shipping product o Manage warehouse process to ensure that orders get shipped according to appropriate timelines o Assist in all packaging, shipping and return shipments as needed, including shipping bulky items to trade shows and managing their return· Follow up o Provide tracking numbers, ship dates and estimated arrival dates for orders as requested by customers, sales personnel and others o Ad hoc notifications to reps, managers and others as the point of contact for customer orders
