Onsite Customer Success Manager: Cape CodJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in the beautiful Cape Cod area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to work onsite 5 days a week. Our Customer Success Manager will oversee a team of approximately 10 individuals in areas of technical support, field support, maintenance, and contractual issues.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a high-performing team of 10 professionals providing technical and field support, handling maintenance issues, and facilitating contract services.Engage directly with clients, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and resolving any outstanding issues in a timely, professional manner.Implement and streamline efficient processes for the team to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.Set, track and achieve key performance metrics related to customer service, client satisfaction, and team productivity.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss issues, opportunities and set goals.Act as an escalation point for issues that impact client success and deliver on those issues to the satisfaction of the client.Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal departments to continuous improvement.
