**Job Title:** Manager of Customer Data and MarTech**Location:** Los Angeles, CA (Onsite 4-5 days per week)**Salary:** $165,000 - $175,000 per year Bonus Company-provided vehicle at no cost**Job Description:**We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Customer Data and MarTech to join our dynamic team based in Los Angeles. As the Manager, you will lead multiple teams responsible for the Customer Data platform and MarTech roadmap. This is an onsite position, requiring your presence in the office 4-5 days per week.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and manage a team of 20 direct and indirect reports.- Oversee a budget of up to $5 million, ensuring effective financial management.- Drive strategic initiatives across the Consumer Applications Department.- Provide leadership in the transition from Waterfall to Agile SAFe methodologies.- Collaborate with business partners to understand and align technology initiatives with business outcomes.- Possess a good understanding of marketing disciplines, including customer segmentation, social media, paid media, lead generation, and search engine optimization.- Work with large-scale transactional and/or customer-facing B2C applications.
