RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the preparation of clear and concise financial reports for management, facilitating visibility and informed decision-making.Provide crucial support during the monthly close process, contributing to consolidated reporting.Review and analyze monthly financial results for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper documentation.Generate ad hoc reports as required, supporting senior finance team members.Continuously refine financial reporting packages to maximize their value to end-users, identifying opportunities for streamlining and enhancement.Administer financial applications, managing user security, setting up new accounts, and ensuring backups and disaster recovery protocols.Maintain the standard chart of accounts and support systematic feeds for accounting groups, while conducting routine system maintenance tasks.Assist users with report development and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of financial systems.Design, test, document, and implement new and existing application reports and metadata.Proactively seek opportunities to improve system efficiency through training, root cause analyses, and process refinement.Develop and deploy user training materials, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
