About the role:

As a Financial Reporting Analyst in our Ft. Worth headquarters office, you will perform intermediate-level analysis work; financial and portfolio reporting; ad-hoc reporting; and monthly reporting work that is varied and moderately complex in nature. Provides Subject Matter Expert support for financial systems used. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates future financial systems and needs. Supports and performs changes to financial system used by the association.

Day-to-day, you will:

• compile and analyze financial information for the organization. For example: financial and regulatory reporting, and variance analysis
• develop analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• create and analyze reports and ensures information has been recorded accurately
• identify trends and developments and present findings to management
• provide Subject Matter Expert support for financial systems used. Review, analyze, and evaluate financial systems, needs, and processes.
• assist in the preparation of reports for the board, audit committee and asset liability management committee

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent and two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience in financial analysis and/or financial reporting. CPA certification preferred.
