Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled Mac IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support primarily on macOS systems, as well as Windows 10 environments (90/10). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to both hardware and software, with a focus on Mac systems.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for macOS and Windows 10 systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Assist users with SaaS applications, such as trouble tickets for Microsoft Office 365.Perform Okta password resets and provide support for Google Workspace, including creating filters in Google Mail.Utilize documented procedures to efficiently triage and resolve support tickets.Independently operate and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
