The selected candidate will be responsible for managing leave of absence administration, serving as the primary point of contact for workforces of 50 , and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Strong data entry and organizational skills, with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 365.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, demonstrating expertise as the primary point of contact for workforces of 50 or more employees.Familiarity with Leave of Absence HRIS systems and third-party software.Experience in workers' compensation and safety management (1-2 years).Certified Ergonomic Trainer is a significant advantage, though not required. Candidates should have experience and familiarity with ergonomic processes.
