Our client, a mission driven law firm in San Francisco, seeks Litigation Counsel with at least 7 years of litigation experience to join their team. Litigation Counsel will lead significant cases on behalf of the Firm's public entity clients and supervise the litigation work of other team members.ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Litigate and lead all aspects of significant cases, working with and guiding a case team from investigation through filing, briefing, oral argument, pre-trial discovery, trials, and resolution.Collaboration: Work effectively and efficiently with attorneys, staff, technical experts, and others to design and advance litigation strategies that prioritize client outcomes and align with the firm’s mission and goals.Client/Case Management: Manage all aspects of moving a case forward, including client relations, conferring with opposing counsel, and providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve the highest quality litigation standards while fostering the growth and development of the Sher Edling team and its practice.
