The partners of this firm broke off from a large firm, and they pride themselves on investing in the hands-on training and mentorship of their associates. As a result, this firm has a friendly and collaborative team environment with almost nonexistent turnover.The ideal attorney to join this firm will have:2 years of litigation experience (complex, commercial, employment, real estate, white collar, or IP litigation preferred)Excellent academic credentialsDynamic writing and analytical skillsBig law experience is preferred, but not necessarily requiredThis firm has a very manageable 1,800 hour annual billable requirement. This attorney role offers a generous compensation package with excellent benefits. This attorney will permanently have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week.
