The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all stages of litigation, including conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, managing discovery and advocating for clients in court. Our future Litigation Attorney must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, thorough knowledge of legal principles and procedures, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Handle all stages of litigation including trials, arbitration, and appeals.Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of case studies.Develop effective litigation strategies and arguments.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and appeals.Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients and explain legal rights and obligations.Negotiate settlements in complex disputes.Supervise paralegals and legal assistants.Coordinate and develop case strategy with internal team members and clients.Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
