Legal Assistant needed to directly support litigation attorneys. The legal assistant should have strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, as well as computer and technical knowledge.Responsibilities- Making sure copied documents adhere to original standards- Manage E-Filing- Research and retrieve electronic documents from a variety of court and agency web sites- Handle matter management and record keeping- Finalize correspondence and memorandum- Be responsible for computer database input and retrieval- Take the lead on the research of legal issues and investigative tasks, which may include collecting information and documents from external parties, as needed
