We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Coral Gables, Florida. This role involves providing technical support to employees, managing help desk tickets, maintaining inventory records, and overseeing the daily performance of computer systems. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide general technical support for employees in various locations• Respond to technical queries through various channels such as phone, email, in person, or remote access• Offer technical assistance in the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software• Maintain inventory and records accurately and efficiently• Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner and document user interactions• Escalate issues to the next tier when they reach a higher level of difficulty• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved• Assist in the research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and maintain Cloud Infrastructure• Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, monitors, printers, operating systems, or appropriate software• Assist in the customization of existing programs and adaptation of new ones to meet users’ requirements• Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software• Identify the causes of networking problems using diagnostic testing software and equipment• Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking components or equipment
