Please reach out to Ren Friedman via Linkedin with your updated resume to be considered for the opportunity below.Our client is a fast-growing and prestigious wealth management firm!Day to day of the role:Manage the capital call process including the calculation of the call amount for each investor and the preparation and delivery of capital call notices to each investor Work with the Investment Operations team to ensure cash is raised for clients who have an upcoming capital call Assist the Operations team in processing the necessary money movements to satisfy call amounts including providing periodic updates on the status of capital calls receivedReconcile capital call inflows to ensure amounts are accurate on a per investor basis and that all investors have funded amounts owedEnsure capital call amounts are accurately recorded in the reporting and CRM (Salesforce) systemsAssist in other aspects of the private fund’s monthly close, annual audit and tax preparation/K-1 deliveryWill work closely with the Director of Operations and the Head of the Private Funds practice
