We are offering a role for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Central Texas. This role involves responsibilities in financial analysis, reporting, communication, strategy planning, compliance, and governance. Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to support various activities• Prepare and review financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations on a quarterly and annual basis• Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media• Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, conference calls, and industry conferences• Assist in the development and execution of the investor relations strategy• Participate in the planning and execution of investor events, roadshows, and annual shareholder meetings• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback and market trends• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor relations• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to maintain transparency and accuracy in all disclosures• Monitor and report on shareholder base and ownership changes• Work closely with finance, corporate communications, and senior management to align messaging and strategy• Support the preparation of board materials and other executive communications related to investor relations
