Supports, develops, and maintains service relationships with physicians, providers, and administrators of a provider network. Collects feedback from network stakeholders to survey satisfaction and facilitate communication. Responds to inquiries about referrals, eligibility, credentialing, and other policy matters and escalates or directs complex questions as necessary. Tracks and documents inquiries to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and creates routine reports to identify trends for management.
