Robert Half is Hiring an Inventory Analyst Near LEXINGTON, KY
Company based in Lexington-Fayette, KY is seeking a contract / temporary full-time Inventory Analyst. This contract / temporary Inventory Analyst must possess strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is essential. Candidates generally need a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of inventory experience.
Job Duties include: Work closely with and communicate with Project Managers, technicians, and warehouses. Work closely with the Purchasing Manager and fellow Inventory Control Analyst(s). Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Sedona Office, and the internet. Receive and issue items for service calls and jobs. Order parts and keep track of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Maintain and reconcile inventories. Perform product and cost analyses. Forecast and report order quantities.
RequirementsRequirements Include: At least one to two years of Inventory Control experience, including but not limited to purchasing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. detail oriented and prompt communication across multiple departments. Ability to report on-site for 100% of the job. This position is 100% in office. Degree preferred but not required.
