In this role as a Global Infrastructure Facilities Manager, you will be leading the company's digital transformation initiative at its plant facilities in the US and Europe. This role requires a experienced detail oriented with a deep understanding of infrastructure technology management, critical facilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless operations and security within technology environments. Responsibilities: Oversee infrastructure facility maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure encompassing electrical systems, cooling systems, backup generators, and physical security measures. Design technology facility architecture and standards, incorporating CCTVs for enhanced security measures. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime during power outages, equipment failures, or natural disasters. Implement environmental monitoring systems to track critical conditions like temperature and humidity, preventing equipment damage due to overheating. Manage physical security measures, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection, safeguarding server rooms, telco, and control rooms from unauthorized access and security threats. Monitor server room capacity for power, space, and cooling, strategizing expansions or upgrades to accommodate growth. Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors for equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. Develop and manage budgets for technology facilities, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial constraints. Implement environmentally friendly practices and energy-efficient solutions to reduce the carbon footprint.
