Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to augment and support our HR team in transitioning to Oracle Fusion HCM. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition to the Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on technical excellence, and database management, and providing essential support in this critical phase.

Duration: 6 - 18 months contract (possible conversion)

Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Guidance and Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance, ensuring a seamless transition to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Assist in understanding Oracle Fusion in-depth, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

2. Database Management and Reporting:

• Work with the database, run queries, and pull necessary information to support HR operations effectively.
• Assist in clearing up inaccuracies in the database and manage data migration, especially related to organizational structure and compensation.

3. Oracle Fusion Implementation and Interface Upgrade:

• Collaborate on implementing the Oracle Fusion HCM Base package and upgrading the interface to the new Oracle Redwood UI.
• Ensure a smooth transition to Redwood, offering technical insights and support.

4. Project Participation and Integration:

• Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, leveraging technical expertise for successful project outcomes.
• Integrate Oracle HCM with other systems, such as right-to-work and payroll software, if applicable.

5. Change Management and Training:

• Support change management efforts during the Oracle Fusion transition, facilitating a smooth adoption process.
• Provide training and guidance to HR and other relevant teams to maximize Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and technical leadership.

• In-depth experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including older and newer versions.

• Proficiency in database management and querying, and ability to run reports effectively.

• Familiarity with Oracle's modern JavaScript and transitioning to the Redwood UI.

• Experience in Oracle HCM Base package implementation and compensation package licensing.

• Knowledge of finance ERP systems is a plus, especially in relation to payroll and project accounting.
