This contract Full Charge Bookkeeper role requires an individual to handle a broad range of accounting tasks within our client's organization. The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is on-site and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:Handle Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and billingManage Accounts Payable tasks such as coding expenses into the correct accounts, processing ACH payments, and maintaining vendor relationshipsConduct credit card reconciliationsOversee payroll process, including reviewing timesheets and reports from third-party processorsUtilize various Accounting Software Systems for managing accounting functionsUtilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for various tasksHandle billing functions and bank reconciliationsEnsure all accounting functions are performed effectively and efficiently.Handles all functions relating to accounts payable, including weekly ACH payments, employee reimbursements and reconciliation of the corporate credit card.Ensure compliance with internal controls across the institution, including training staff on protocols and procedures relating to finance.Process invoices relating to accounts receivable including the processing of receipts.Provide financial reports to the Deputy Director.Provide financial reports to other departments as needed, including grant reports and budgets.Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.Maintain confidential information pertaining to human resources, development and accounts receivable.Assist external controller in the month end close.
