Responsibilities
- Enter and manage all invoices in the accounting system
- Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
- Perform filing and data entry tasks for accounts payable
- Reconcile the general ledger on a regular basis
- Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for various accounting tasks
- Operate accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites proficiently
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure financial integrity
- Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out and paid on time
- Conduct weekly reviews of account payable to maintain financial accuracy.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Knowledge and experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Expertise in Bank Reconciliations
- Experience in Billing Functions
- Familiarity with Bookkeeping
- Ability to manage Payable Invoices
- Experience in managing Weekly Account Payable
