We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our residential management team as a Temporary to Hire Concierge. This position will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of a Condominium complex in Fort Worth, TX. If you thrive in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive living environment for residents, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Front Desk Reception:Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Manage the front desk to serve as a central point for communication and assistance.Information Assistance:Provide information on local services, amenities, and attractions.Offer assistance with directions, maps, and transportation options.Package Handling:Receive and organize package deliveries for residents.Notify residents promptly of package arrivals and assist in retrieval.Security Monitoring:Monitor and control access to the condominium complex.Ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.Communication Liaison:Act as a vital link between residents and property management.Relay important announcements and updates to residents.Reservation Services:Assist residents with reservations for local restaurants, events, and services.Coordinate common area reservations for residents' gatherings.Maintenance Coordination:Accept and log maintenance requests from residents.Collaborate with the maintenance team to address residents' concerns promptly.Concierge Services:Arrange various concierge services, including dry cleaning, pet care, and grocery delivery.Facilitate additional service requests from residents.Event Planning:Organize and manage community events and social gatherings.Collaborate with property management to execute planned events.Emergency Response:Provide assistance during emergencies and coordinate with appropriate authorities.Ensure residents are informed and supported during emergency situations.Administrative Tasks:Handle administrative duties such as managing reservations and maintaining logs.Assist with general clerical tasks to support the condominium complex.Cultural and Area Knowledge:Stay informed about local cultural events, dining options, and community news.Offer recommendations based on residents' preferences.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and computer skills.Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
