There is an opening for a Financial Analyst at a fast-growing, dynamic team via Robert Half —the Financial Analyst will be a key business partner in forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. This Financial Analyst role is based in the Addison, Texas, area and is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity. The Financial Analyst will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. In this position, you will also advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management.Key responsibilities- Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trending- Manage monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required- Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process- Work with contacts in Accounting and Operations to support business plans- Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization- Adaptable applicant skilled in dealing with large amounts of information and meeting expectations- Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and recommendation support- Complete and direct forecasting reports- Maintain weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting- Review annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations- Study performance to date and examine potential risks and opportunities
