The successful candidate will be joining our team to handle tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, assisting in month-end close, billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.Responsibilities:• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and closings.• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.• Record journal entries for income, expenses, accruals, and other financial activities.• Assist in the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.• Manage billing and invoicing processes.• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.• Use skills in Accruals, Journal Entries, and Account Reconciliation to improve and maintain financial health.• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations.• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to share information, clarify transactions, and drive efficient processes.
