Robert Half, in partnership with a prestigious Fortune 500 technology company, is on the hunt for an Employee Success Specialist. We are looking for an Employee Success Specialist to join our Employee Success Shared Services team. This role is crucial as an Employee Success Specialist will help support our recruiting organization with inquiries regarding process questions and technology issues and assist with recruiting compliance-based audits. Join us in this vital role to enhance employee experiences and contribute to the success of a global team.Responsibilities:Serving as the initial point of contact for employees regarding questions related to HR policies, programs, and practices or to resolve issues.Owning data auditing and integrity and acting as the primary point of contact for our partner groups such as Recruiting and IT.Managing a support model for client groups within and outside of recruiting (Candidates, Employees, Legal, Background Vendors, Hiring Managers, ESBPs, Recruiting Coordinators, etc.), providing excellent customer service.Communicating clearly and professionally with internal employees about personal data and detailed processes, ensuring a smooth process and excellent experience for all.Recording and tracking all customer interactions using case management tools.Formulating remediation plans and next steps of action as necessary.Recognizing opportunities for efficiencies in processes and coming forward with recommendations and plans to put changes in place.Partnering closely with Business Technology (BT) and HR Technology teams, participating in system testing for enhancement release processes.Meeting all internal team service level agreements (SLAs).Managing all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits to ensure compliance.Understanding recruiting compliance and various compliance-related activities.
