Consulting firm client, has a need for an Audit Manager specifically focused on Employee Benefit Plan Audits. In order to be considered, candidate must have 100 hours of EBP audit in the past 12 months AND have managed at least 5 engagements in the same period. Responsibilities below:• Lead and execute audits of Employee Benefit Plans with a specific emphasis on 401K plans.• Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to Employee Benefit Plans.• Stay abreast of evolving regulations and changes in accounting standards related to Employee Benefit Plans.• Provide insights on emerging trends and best practices in the Employee Benefit Plans audit landscape.• 100 hours on US Employee Benefit Plan engagements in the last 12 months • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant - CA (SA) / CA (Z) / ACCA / CPA• Managed at least 5 US Employee Benefit Plan audits in the last 12 months• Proven experience in audit management, with a focus on Employee Benefit Plans, specifically 401K auditing.• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Employee Benefit Plan audits.
