We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Anaheim, California. This role involves receiving incoming service requests, coordinating with field technicians, and maintaining accurate records of service requests and technician activities. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for communicating with clients and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Receive and process incoming service requests from clients• Schedule appointments based on urgency, technician availability, and client preferences• Assign service calls and dispatch field technicians to job sites• Monitor the progress of ongoing jobs and provide updates to clients as needed• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, gather additional information, and address any concerns or questions• Maintain accurate records of service requests, job assignments, and technician activities in our scheduling software• Coordinate with project management and administration to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting assignments as necessary to optimize efficiency• Utilize various software and systems including Management System, Microsoft Office Suites, CRM, and Computer Data Entry• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills throughout all job functions
