Robert Half is Hiring a Director of Finance Near SANTA FE, NM
Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Finance Director. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting technical skills and communication skills as part of the management team. This role does not have any direct reports currently but may have direct reports in the future. This is a 2-month project that could possibly extend. This project is in Santa Fe, NM.
Hospitality experience highly preferred!
Responsibilities
-Manage Month end close process
-Ensure adherence to budgetary reporting requirements, including local, state, and federal
- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports
- Analyze and monitor forecasting and budgeting models
- Suggest benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
- Supervise financial planning and budget management functions
Requirements- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, accounting, and finance principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- 5 years of finance and accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
