Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for a Director of Finance. This is an ONSITE position in Bothell, WA.**How you will make an impact- Meet client expectations by reviewing deliverables of self and team to make sure they meet client satisfaction- Manage the creation of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts- Manage the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is on time- Advance Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation- Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, daily cash management- Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Perform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Collaborate with executive team and partners to make efficient and effective firm-wide operation possible- Give financial reports to executive committee and partners each month- Complete tasks beyond formal job responsibilities
