The role involves the management of cloud-based systems and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server. The successful candidate will work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain composure while handling customer interactions. Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain cloud-based Human Capital Management systems • Administer Relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server• Use Source Control Management tools like Git for version control• Utilize issue tracking systems like Bugzilla, Jira for error tracking and management• Operate Microsoft Windows server and desktop along with Microsoft Office 365• Work both independently and as part of a team• Clearly and concisely present information, both orally and in writing• Show willingness to learn new technologies and tools• Use Microsoft Excel, Access for data management and analysis• Show attention to detail in all work tasks• Show self-motivation and proactivity in handling tasks• Have experience in at least one of these modules: HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting• Manage HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI Reporting, BI Publisher, and Workflows.
