Your responsibilities
- Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Assisting with data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
- Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
- Working with highly confidential materials
Requirements
- Experience with higher level functionality in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Foundational knowledge in Perform Data Entry
- Strong familiarity with Computer Data Entry
- Knowledge of Typing Data Entry
- Data entry experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of numeric data entry
- Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
