Robert Half is searching for a Data Coordinator for a Nonprofit client based in Tacoma, Washington. The primary responsibility of this Data Coordinator is to extract, manage, and create insights and visualizations from multiple data sources.

This role is working closely with various teams and data sources internally and will be collaborative with stakeholders to create new solutions to streamline and automate certain extractions and processes as needed.

This is a long-term contract (3-6 months) with potential to extend up to 12 months. Initially, this role will be onsite for training in Tacoma, WA, then will transition to be hybrid.

Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing technical assistance for Salesforce data management, analysis, and generation of insights across the organization.
• Extracting and centralizing data from multiple sources.
• Creating Power BI visualizations for insights to share with stakeholders.
• Working with various platforms for data management.
• Taking calls from internal colleagues from various sites when they have questions.
• Extracting data from Salesforce through Air Table to Power BI.
• Writing code to automate extractions and other tasks.
• Create and implement automation processes and solutions to keep track of and record site specific implementation challenges / issues as they arise.
• Update, monitor, and provide access to the online learning management system to staff
• Contribute to monthly newsletter and major email communications.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures for internal work with Director.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements :

• At least 1 year of experience with skills in data management
• Ability to extract data from various sources
• Proficiency with Power BI for visualization
• Salesforce familiarity
• Smartsheet familiarity
• Creating automation codes (using SQL and / or Python would be ideal)
• Ability to come up with creative solutions for complex problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional team members

The salary range for this position is $30 / hour to $35 / hour. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
