A client of ours in the clothing brand industry is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join their growing IT team! This will be a fully remote position and candidates must be located within these approved states: Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas. A day in the life:Develop business cases for new security implementations to meet compliance or industry best practices.Lead the implementation of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions, defining alerting rules and overseeing deployment.Conduct web application scans and communicate vulnerabilities to the development team for resolution.Manage and optimize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployments for compliance, while identifying areas for expansion.Supervise End Point Protection solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and prompt resolution of security issues.Maintain DNS/Web Filtering systems, adjusting rules for optimal protection with minimal disruption.Create user documentation and conduct training sessions to promote security awareness among staff.Core Benefits: M/D/V Can enroll first of the month following 30 days of serviceLTD paid by company, STD available voluntary through AFLACRetirement Plan: 401K plan with company match 50% match on first 4% contributedPaid Sick leave is at 2.66/pay period for salaried employees (1 hour per 30 hours worked).
