In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of orders, managing shipping instructions, updating customers, and providing excellent customer service. This position is primarily located in an office setting within the telecom industry.Responsibilities: • Accurately process and input customer orders on a regular basis• Follow up with shipping and inventory departments to ensure timely delivery of orders• Handle various shipping instructions and coordinate with relevant departments• Regularly update customers on their order status and handle any queries or issues• Utilize basic computer skills to maintain and update customer records• Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service • Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence• Assist with other responsibilities as needed, including mail merge and order entry tasks.
