For immediate consideration, please contact Shantel Poole directly via LinkedIn or call 916-649-0832.How you will make an impact- Responsible for month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Guide all operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Manage the creation of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts- Research, plan and implement Finance Department initiatives including software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed- Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, daily cash management- Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Give executive committee and partners monthly financial reports- Work closely with executive team and partners to ensure efficient and successful firm-wide operation- Time monthly billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is punctual- Review and revise deliverables of self and team to ensure that they meet client expectations- Comfortable in taking on tasks beyond formal job responsibilities
